Andrew Redman is the Chief Technical and Sustainability Officer for Perfection Fresh Australia and is focussed on bringing a commercial and collaborative leadership style to deliver improved food safety, quality and sustainability outcomes for fresh produce that exceed ever increasing customer and consumer expectations.

In addition, Andrew is a board member of Freshcare and the Fresh Produce Safety Centre. Andrew has broad global experience with more than 20 years in the food industry in senior Quality and Research roles, working for some of the world’s largest food manufacturers including General Mills, Danone, Mars and Campbells Soups.
